Who are you? We are a mother and daughter team that loves to make unique and different designs of hair, clothing and accessories. This is our home biz, we work on our own time, and from our own house. We love to meet new and exciting people from everywhere. I, Shay, take care of all the internet stuff, so if you have any questions I will be handling them.

How long have you been making clothing? my whole family comes from a background of seamstress. from my great grandmother to me. My mom has been a seamstress all her life, she's worked for many company's making clothing. Due to life changes, she continued to make clothing at home for me as a child and now for my son. I have been learning to sew since a child, and have developed a new love for it. So I can assure you are work is professional.

When did you start making hair? We have been making hair a little over 4 years now. My mother is very crafty and has been making clothes for years now, and she is a seamstress. I have always been into creating art, in all forms. I went to school for Art, Graphic Design and Photography, but always wanted to go for Fashion Design. However, I could not afford the school for that.

Were are you located? We are located in Rhode Island, But we ship worldwide, we have customers all over the world! US, Canada, Japan, AUS, UK, you name it. I have shipped there!

How can I buy your work? We are currently selling our work on ebay, etsy, and some clearance and exclusive through MySpace.com/sisoftmoon. More and more, though, this web site will be the primary source for all that we carry. We have sold hundreds of hair falls since we started!

How do you wear your falls? NEW PHOTOS OF HOW TO ATTACH First you would place you hair into pigtails or buns as far on top of your head as possible. Then you would take the elastics from the fall and wrap around it around the bun and place a few bobby pins if needed. Then flip the fall over your buns so that the ball mount, and buns are totally covered by the fall. All the falls are made thick enough to cover your hair and buns. Our yarn falls are made on ball mounts and have double elastics, which make them easy to wear and give that extra volume. Our synthetic falls are made on double elastics and ribbon, also to easily place into your own hair. I send a drawing and hand written instructions out with every pair of falls.

How do you care for falls? Yarn falls just need to be shaken and you can run your fingers through them gently For Synthetic and Straight falls just need to have a light brush or comb run through them, also you can add some hair spray, or light detangler. Never put them under hot water, that will destroy them! If you have to wash them, use cold water!

Do you take custom orders? I love taking custom orders, if you see something you like, but it's not the colors you want I can remake anything. Also if you have a dream pair of falls, let me know, I love being creative and I can come up with some pretty crazy things!

What's your shipping cost? All fall prices do not include the shipping cost, because it is so different depending on where they are being shipped to. We are working on getting a standard rate, but as of right now please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. We do combined shipping orders to save you money, and we do ship world wide. So if any questions arise, please feel free to ask. Also please know that we are not responsible for customs (international check points) extra fee's when shipping. We have no idea when they may ask for an extra fee.

How long do they take? an order can be from 1-3 weeks depending on what orders are in first, I do orders by when they come in. Also sometimes I no longer have the color in stock, I may need to order more. I do keep everyone updated on where their falls are at in the process. I do take rush orders for custom work, they are an extra $5-$10 and get pushed right to the front of the list. I can do a rush order (as long as everything is in stock) in two-three days. They must be paid for at time of completion!!

Who buys hair falls, and what are they best used for? Falls are awesome for lots of things! They can be worn day to day for a different hair look, they can be worn in clubs, raves, and at parties! Also for Belly Dancing, cosplay, Modeling, photo shoots, Renaissance Faire's, or anything else you can think of. They stay in for a full night of dancing, and can be taken right out to go to your job in the morning. I have sold hair to Models, Movie makers in Japan, Dancers, Belly Dancers, for Burning Man, for Mardi Gras, proms, weddings, and for everyday use.

Why buy from us? We make sure all our items are quality pieces of art. We use all quality hair, yarn, elastics, and other materials. We are reliable,and our feedback on ebay is 100%. I want to make sure every customer is happy! I do my best to treat everyone equally and how l would like to be treated during a buying process. All of my falls are one of a kind, so no two people will have the same hair falls!

Do you take returns? No, due to health codes I can not take back any hair products. Hair falls, accessories and hats are not allowed to be returned. If you have any problems please feel free to contact me.

Pricing, why are some falls more expensive when others look just the same but are cheaper? All falls are priced by a few factors, time, yarn, hair and decoration. Some falls are made with more and more expensive yarns, there for there price goes up. Some take more time, then others, also some decorations are more costly then others like pearl sprays to beads...the pearl sprays take longer to add in and there more expensive to buy there for the falls go up in price. If you think my falls are over priced, contact me, and i'll show you other that do a lot less work and charge just as much, and trust me, it's not going to be the quality i put into each and everyone of may falls.

Other Notes: I send the falls that are in the photos, they are not remade and then sent. What you see is what your getting. Colors may vary. Cameras and computer screens may not always show colors correctly, I try my best but some times they are a little off. We use silky hair and puff hair. Silky hair creates thinner locks and less volume, Puffy locks crete more volume. Both style still cover and look beautiful on! I have proof in my model and customer photos, just look!
